This is the most amazing couch I have ever had the pleasure to offer. This is a curved sectional sofa from the 1970s with its original upholstery. It’s fabric is red velour with black embossed flowers. There are three sections. The backs of the end sections are tufted and their tops are curvy and pointed. The sides and back are solid red velour and are in perfect condition, in case they will be on display. The couch as a whole is in incredible condition, but it does need a little TLC. There is one button on the seat of the left end section that is loose and the fabric covering this button needs to be replaced. On the same section (the left end section) - the front-facing back has a rip in the fabric and needs to be patched. And again, on the same section of the sofa (the left end section) its arm is strangely worn and threadbare, strangely because there are no other parts of the sofa that are like this. There is a lot of fabric stapled and tucked up along the undersides of this sofa. You could use that fabric to wrap that button (or you could dispose of that button) and you could also use the fabric to patch up the rip in the fabric of the front-facing, tufted section of the back. Fixing the arm, however, would require a more extensive/complete reupholstering to make it all match. It has been sanitized but could also use a professional cleaning. Given its issues, I tried to price it accordingly, but despite it’s issues, it truly remains an amazing rarity from its era! I attached a picture with measurements for clarity’s sake, and took photos of all of the sofa’s issues as well.
