Truly unique vintage top by “Barbara’s Bandanas” from the late 70s featuring soft sandy beige colorfast cotton with a novelty nautical print. Called a bandana top because, basically, it is a big bandana! Cut to create a piece that is loose and blousy. The sleeves are created by one “intersection” of stitches on the “sides” of the blouse - otherwise there are no side seams, bust or waist - these are all left open and full, with the hems left hanging in a handkerchief effect. The print features sailboats against setting suns, ropes & anchors and fish! So fun! This top is difficult to measure- there are no underarms or side seams and the hem is assymetric. It will fit as a modern size large, medium and small to increasing degrees of “loosely” respectively. It might fit as a larger size as well. My guess is that it could fit a bust & waist up to 48”. Because this is so tricky to measure, if you purchase and it does not fit well, I will happily accept a return for a refund in full.
