True vintage maxi dress from the 70s, all red and white polka dots with bell sleeve cuffs, ruffle collar and full, tiered ruffle maxi skirt. Fabric feels like a cotton but is a cotton/poly blend. No tags or label inside. Some red dye from the dress has smudged the white buttons a bit, barely noticeable.
